She first joined the company over six years ago as partner marketing manager for Asia Pacific and Japan, before being elevated to senior program manager for global alliances.
Separately, Ivan Niccolai has taken over as senior sales engineer for AI detection and response at the company, joining from Celigo where he was a senior solutions consultant for APAC. Prior to this, he served as a senior sales engineer for Google Cloud, as well as a principal security consultant - ANZ digital identity lead at DXC Technology.
Carla Ramchand becomes Cognizant's MD of ANZ
She will lead over 1,500 technology professionals to drive Cognizant’s regional growth through its AI Builder strategy, aiming to help clients move beyond experimentation and bridge the gap between AI investment and measurable business outcomes.
John Ruthven rewarded with CEO and MD role for Nuix
He has been serving as interim CEO since the start of November last year, when then-CEO Jonathan Rubinsztein stepped down.
Zoom appoints Frank Skiffington as head of ANZ

He will be responsible for expanding the company's reseller and distribution partner ecosystem across Australia, New Zealand, and APJ, deepening partner profitability, and ensuring enablement and programme differentiation in the market.
Kinetic IT appoints chief transformation officer for more diversified "next phase"
Kishore Jayaram's role is new to Kinetic IT, and the company said the creation of the position reflects its next phase of evolution, from managed services to a more diversified, growth-oriented and AI-enabled services organisation.
Pax8 dealt pair of departures
Danni Munro, Pax8's VP of sales for ANZ, announced she is leaving the company. She joined in 2023 before being elevated to the sales leadership role at the start of 2025.
Shaun Capps, Pax8's sales enablement manager for APAC, also departed. Capps first joined Pax8 in 2022 as cloud generation specialist, before going on to take on roles including cloud development representative and channel account manager.
Rhody Hill becomes chief partner officer for DX1
She joins from HashiCorp, where she was senior director of partnerships and alliances for APJ.
Fusion5 adds ANZ head of delivery and operations
Taruon Virmani's joins from Accenture, where he served as MD as the primary point of contact for a key global financial services client.
Theo Hourmouzis joins Anthropic as GM of ANZ
He joins from Snowflake, where he most recently served as SVP for ANZ and ASEAN.
Databricks grows team by two
Davinia Simon has become Databricks' public sector lead for ANZ. Most recently, she served as MD, client account lead at Accenture, where she led engagements with major government and enterprise clients.
Simon Davies was also named as SVP and GM for APJ, based in Singapore.
He will lead Databricks’ business across the region, overseeing strategy, operations, and growth across key markets including Australia & New Zealand, ASEAN, India, Japan, Korea, and the Greater China region.
Davies has held senior leadership roles at SAP, Splunk, Microsoft, Salesforce and Oracle. Most recently, as SAP’s regional president for Asia Pacific, he led strategy, operations, people, sales, services, partners, and profitability across the region.
Saviynt appoints field CTO for APJ
Based in Melbourne, Tim Wedande will lead regional technology strategy and support strategic customer engagements, as well as work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams with the aim of accelerating adoption of Saviynt’s Identity Cloud.
Benjamin Morrell elevated to VP of security strategy at Coro
He joined the company a year ago as senior presales engineer after serving in a cyber security technology leadership role as part of NEXTGEN's CONNECT initiative.

He joins after six years at Endeavour Energy where he served as information security manager.
CyberCX appoints director of enterprise solutions
Jithin Kesavan joins from NetApp, where he was network and security architect for managed services in APAC.
Chris Peiris becomes Macquarie Government's Microsoft Security and Azure lead
Most recently he was APJ head of Microsoft workloads at AWS, overseeing migration and modernisation for public sector, and he has also served as national security lead at Avanade, where he successfully built a Cyber Fusion Centre based on Microsoft Sentinel.
Thales names VP of cybersecurity services for ANZ
Tania Balcombe joins from NTT, where she served as CEO between October 2020 to July 2024.
Schneider Electric grows Secure Power business in Australia
Schneider Electric has appointed Roland Juenemann as leader for channels, alliances and distribution for its Secure Power business in Australia. He steps into the role following Astrid Groves' departure and will lead Schneider Electric’s channel strategy across IT partners, electrical wholesalers, system integrators and national accounts
Chris Dacanay joins Inspira Enterprise to lead Australian market entry
He was most recently a global sales executive for southeast APAC, ANZ and the US at CNS, a North Sydney-based company specialising in managing and enabling cloud, networking and security.
Daniel Johns leaves MyCISO, starts advisory practice
Coastal Cyber will aim to provide independent cyber security advisory services to mid-market businesses across Southeast Queensland, as well as nationally "when the work calls for it".
Switch Connect hires new CMO, CTO
Matt Krosch has taken over as the chief marketing officer, joining from Baret, an Australian company that he co-founded that develops a a secure, targeted role-based messaging solution for Microsoft Teams for healthcare and frontline teams.

Customer Science appoints James Johnstone as inaugural COO
He will be responsible for ensuring the organisation delivers measurable, customer-led value as it scales, the company said, leading the company’s operations and go‑to‑market, as well as working closely with Customer Science chief executive Todd Gorsuch to plot the company’s expansion into the US and UK, which it views as tier-one market opportunities for its services.

He joins after a six-plus stint at Google, where he most recently served as head of partnerships and alliances.
Richard Berkahn to lead Atmos' Melbourne practice
In addition to leading the Melbourne office, he continues in his roles as partner in the company's First Response team and CTO.

He joins the company after working as a technical support engineer focused on cyber security at Skyhigh Security. Prior to this, he was a cyber security analyst at Vigilant.IT, now a Fusion5 company.
Paul Tsiros joins inGenious AI as principal solutions consultant
The move comes after close to 12 years at Dell, where his final role was senior cloud solutions presales architect. Prior to Dell, he worked as a senior information technology consultant at Quinticon, as well as a storage specialist at Sensis.
Jack Matheson promoted to GM of telecommunications at UGL
He joined the company, which is CIMIC Group's specialist end-to-end engineering, services and operations provider and headquartered in North Sydney, as development director four years ago. Prior to this, he held roles at Lendlease and Ventia.
Ingram Micro elevates Ila Silson Lang
She takes over as senior marketing executive after joining the company in June 2024. She has previously served as marketing manager for The Vein Institute and analyst in the operations delivery centre for PwC Australia.

Neat hires APAC channel director
Based in Singapore, Seah Hong Kiat joins after serving in a regional director APAC-focused role for Livey Technologies. Prior to this, he was the VP of enterprise solutions for APAC for Sennheiser, as well as the director of global accounts and alliance APME for Plantronics.
GapMaps names Peter Holmes as CEO
GapMaps, a Melbourne-based location intelligence platform powering physical network expansion, has appointed Peter Holmes as CEO. He first joined the company in 2017 and has been COO since June 2021. Holmes will lead GapMaps’ core operations, customer strategy, and global go-to-market execution, with a strong focus on enterprise growth and strategic partnerships.
ElevenLabs appoints Damian Naughton as GM of ANZ
AI research and product companyElevenLabs has expanded its ANZ operations with a new regional headquarters in Sydney, as well as the hiring of Damian Naughton to lead its local operations, drive enterprise growth, triple the local team and deepen partnerships across the region. He joins after serving as regional VP for Slack, having also previously orked as CRO at Alteryx Auto Insights, head of APAC sales at Brightcove and head of sales and customer success at IRD Group.
Christina Igasto to become inaugural Director-General of Digital Canberra
Digital Canberra is a new directorate within the ACT Government and is responsible for digital services; technology and data planning; data safety and sharing; digital health; designing services with the community; and digital skills in government.
