Fusion5 adds ANZ head of delivery and operations

Taruon Virmani has joined Fusion5 to lead its delivery and operations function across Australia and New Zealand, bringing together the teams responsible for professional services delivery, internal technology, security and operational capability.

He joins from Accenture, where he served as MD as the primary point of contact for a key global financial services client.

Prior to this, he was at Capgemini for over 23 years, serving as head of delivery for financial services and VP, managing the largest portfolio of one of the biggest financial services accounts.

"As organisations grow and adapt to the influence of AI, delivering high-value services and support becomes more complex," he said.

"My focus is bringing the right structure, tools and ways of working together so we can deliver for clients in a consistent, high-quality way as they and we continue to grow."

Fusion5, in a post on LinkedIn, said the move to combine delivery, operations, security and internal capability is about ensuring the company continues to "provide consistent, high-quality outcomes" as both the company and its customers grow.
