ITC Infotech names GM of business development for ANZ

ITC Infotech has appointed Rahul Tewari as GM of business development for ANZ.

Based in Melbourne, his focus will be on building long-term partnerships with organisations in agri-business, manufacturing, CPG and financial services.

He was previously director of strategic sales for Avanade as part of the Accenture Microsoft Business Group, as well as serving at telecom, media, and technology lead, as well as director of new business development for CMT and Products at Accenture-owned Avanade.

Prior to this, he held positions as senior sales director for Tata Consultancy Services; senior regional sales director for telecom in ANZ at HCL Technologies; and sales director at Oracle.

In a post on LinkedIn, Tewari said what drew him to the role is what makes ITC Infotech "genuinely different".

"The AI platforms and solutions we bring to clients were built and proven inside ITC's own businesses first," he said.

"We are operators as much as we are technologists and that changes the conversation."

In February, ITC Infotech opened its Asia Pacific headquarters in Melbourne.
