Atmos Australia and New Zealand, a newly established legal and advisory firm providing cyber, privacy and digital risk service, has announced that Richard Berkahn will be leading its Melbourne practice, supporting clients across the southern states, including South Australia.
In addition to leading the Melbourne office, he continues in his roles as partner in the company's First Response team and CTO.
"This move strengthens our Melbourne base and supports our ongoing expansion across the southern region as cyber, privacy and digital risk continue to evolve," the company said in a post on LinkedIn.
Berkahn was most recently at law firm Clyde & Co for seven years, where he rose to the role of partner.
He has also held positions at QBE Europe, Norton Rose Fulbright and Duncan Cotterill.
