iCatalyst, an Australian-owned Microsoft Solutions Partner, has named Ulrich Theaart and Jason Cuolahan to the newly created roles of delivery executive.

Theaart and Cuolahan will provide executive oversight across all aspects of iCatalyst's enterprise projects, including strategic advisory, governance, delivery oversight, and stakeholder engagement.

Theaart brings more than 20 years of experience shaping and leading complex ERP and digital transformation programs, with deep expertise in solution strategy, program governance, and enterprise-wide business transformation.

Most recently at Capgemini, he worked closely with executive leadership to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Cuolahan has more than 20 years of experience in delivering and overseeing large-scale ERP and enterprise transformation projects.

Most recently, he was at DXC Technology where he was responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of major ERP implementations and transformation programs for enterprise customers.

The new roles will support the professional development of iCatalyst's growing workforce by providing senior direction, coaching, and mentorship across consulting teams.

The appointments also support iCatalyst's geographic expansion, with Jason Cuolahan based in Melbourne helping strengthen the company's presence across the eastern states, while Ulrich Theaart is based in Perth supporting continued growth in Western Australia.

Zel Hilliar, GM of enterprise delivery at iCatalyst, said the creation of the new solution executive role reflects the evolving nature of ERP transformation projects and the increasing demand for strategic direction across complex transformation programs.

"ERP transformation is no longer just about implementing a system; it's about reshaping how organisations operate," he said.

"Customers need partners who can provide strategic guidance as well as delivery capability. Ulrich Theaart and Jason Cuolahan have both led major transformation initiatives throughout their careers. They bring the experience and credibility required to lead complex enterprise programs and support our customers through that journey.

"These appointments also reflect iCatalyst's continued growth and its ambition to be the most specialised and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications partner in Australia. As we take on larger and more complex transformation programs, strengthening expertise across our delivery teams is critical."
