Catherine Lee is taking over as head of distribution for ANZ at CrowdStrike.

She first joined the company over six years ago as partner marketing manager for Asia Pacific and Japan, before being elevated to senior program manager for global alliances.

She was named director of global partner programs over two years ago.

Prior to CrowdStrike, she served as marketing manager for Enablis and national marketing manager for Harbour ISP after a 14-year career at Dimension Data that saw her work across Sydney, Perth and London, rising to global communications manager in her final role at the company.

In a post on LinkedIn, Lee said the programs chapter was "a big one".

"We brought five mature GTM partner programs to market, drove Falcon Flex enablement and adoption across our partner ecosystem, introduced market-leading collaboration policies, and begun building the operational automation that will carry CrowdStrike into its next phase of scale," she said.

"But it's time to hand over the baton to the next leader, who, based in the US, will be able to stay closely connected to our executives and key partners, and take our programs to the next level.

"CrowdStrike is leaning hard into distribution as a strategic growth engine — scaling wide, driving SMB, winning new logos. I’ll be working alongside NEXTGEN and Dicker Data to make that real across ANZ, and I’m ready for it!"

Last week, it was announced that SMBs will have increased access to CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform following an expansion of its MSSP go-to-market strategy across JAPAC.
