Anthropic unveils partnerships leader, head of enterprise for ANZ

Ash Dowen has taken over as Anthropic's partnerships leader for ANZ, joining from CrowdStrike, where he spent five years, most recently as APJ director - head of GSI and cloud.

Separately, the company named Nigel Mendonca as its head of ANZ enterprise. He joins after just over a year as GM for APJ at data transformation software provider Coalesce.io.

Becs Paterson joins, Erica Smith re-joins Ingram Micro

Paterson becomes senior general manager of partner sales for New Zealand, tasked with driving partner success and growth across the region, while Smith returned to the distributor in the role of brand and content manager after departing over two decades ago.

Everpure appoints Alison McQuarrie as ANZ head of partners

She brings more than 25 years of experience across the technology industry, most recently as RVP of APAC - partner practice advisory at Salesforce.

John Ieraci swaps Telstra for Vocus

After close to two decades at Telstra, he joined Vocus as the company's MD of business and digital infrastructure.

The TSP Advisory appoints Nathan Hutchison as COO

Based in New Zealand, he joins after close to a year spent at All IT Services, where he held such roles as chief operating officer and head of strategy and optimisation.

Fusion5 names new commercial director for ANZ

He was previously MD of FloQast, an AI accounting transformation platform.

Dynatrace elevates Tom Nagle to APAC head of sales

Based in Sydney, he joined the company two years ago from Sumo Logic, where he was the manager of sales and business development for APJ.

Kelly Johnson departs Pax8

She joined the company in April of last year after serving as ANZ GM for over a year at Acronis.

Dell's ANZ CTO David Hall-Johnston joins Zendesk

He will lead the company's regional technology strategy, working with enterprise customers to accelerate AI adoption and align Zendesk's global product roadmap with the needs of organisations across the APJ region.

Fujitsu names head of cyber and digital workplace for ANZ

He has served as head of digital workplace for ANZ at the company since July of last year.

Guidewire appoints Zack Levy as APAC professional services director

He was most recently head of cloud services at Sapiens, where he led the division through a full operating model redesign, converting a legacy project-based software business into a cloud-native SaaS organisation.

Nic Ferraro becomes AIONIX's inaugural chief growth officer

He joins from Pia, which he helped launch alongside four others in 2022 as a standalone SaaS business after its incubation within VITG.

Brisbane's Blackbook AI appoints David Emery as MD of consulting

He will lead Blackbook AI's consulting practice, working with enterprise and public sector organisations to convert spending on AI, automation, data and digital technology into operational, commercial and strategic outcomes.

EROAD appoints new CEO 

EROAD, an Auckland-based hardware-enabled SaaS company delivering safety, compliance, sustainability and efficiency solutions for complex vehicles fleets, has appointed a David Leach as CEO effective 12 October 2026. He is currently CEO of JAVLN, a cloud-based insurance software business, and previously served as CEO and executive director of Cin7.  

Orcoda MD and CEO to depart

Orcoda, an Australian logistics solution providers for the healthcare, transportation and resources sectors, has advised that its MD and CEO Patrick Bodegraven will not renew his executive contract beyond its end date of 15 November 2026. Bodegraven will also resign from his board responsibilities and Orcoda company directorships. Until then, he will continue in his role and work closely with the Board and the management team to support an orderly transition.

The company also advised that Mark Austin, GM of Workforce Logistics, has resigned from his position with three months’ notice and will leave the Company on 30 November 2026. 

Praemium to receive a new CEO

Anthony Wamsteker has resigned as CEO and as a director of Praemium, an Australian company specialising in technology platforms for managed accounts, investment administration and financial planning

The board has appointed current CCO Denis Orrock as acting CEO prior to undertaking a formal process for recruitment of a new CEO with the help of an external search firm. Both internal and external candidates will be considered by the board for the permanent CEO role.

In June, the company announced a staged transition phase to a new core technology platform, with customer launch planned for later this year.

Nam Je Cho promoted to director of technology for APJC at AWS

He joined the company in Singapore in 2013 as SAP solutions architect before moving to Melbourne to become an enterprise solutions architect. Since then, he went on to hold a number of solutions architecture roles, rising to become director of solutions architecture for ANZ.

Zscaler strengthens APJ leadership 

Sanjay Yadave has been named as SVP for APJ, promoted from VP and MD for Greater Asia. In his new role, Singapore-based Yadave will lead Zscaler's business across APJ, overseeing people growth, business strategy and investment in the region, leading the business across ANZ, Japan, India, Southeast Asia, South Korea and the Greater China Region.

Paul Armstrong joins VAST Data as regional sales director

He was previously Lenovo's sales director for ANZ, leading the sales strategy for cloud, data, edge server and AI solutions. Prior to this, he was at HPE for seven years, with his final role there being head of compute - regional sales manager for ANZ.

Conversational AI provider Sierra unveils founding sales director for Australia 

Jeff Clark joins after five years at monday.com, where he held such roles as mid-market sales manager, commercial sales manager and strategic enterprise account executive. Prior to this, he served as enterprise account executive at Slack and medium business account executive at Salesforce.

Matt Maw named director of APAC for Roima Intelligence

The company focuses on manufacturing automation and intelligence and covers the full suite of manufacturing solutions, including WMS, MES, supply chain and more. Maw previously has served as chief delivery officer - OT at Orro Group; head of channel sales and head of technology strategy for ANZ at Nutanix; and senior manager - solution engineering at VMware.

Prvidr, managed subscription service for telcos, appoints COO

Ben Dobbin joins after close to four years as GM of enablement at Symbio. Prior to this, he was GM of operations and technology, leading the enterprise, wholesale, and channel division, focusing on product strategy, operational efficiency, and network performance for Inbound, ITFS, Voice, and SMS products.

Steve Smith joins Triskele Labs as head of customer experience

He will be responsible for keading the CX function at the cybersecurity company, with accountability for delivery experience, account management and customer success. He was previously at Kinetic IT for over eight years, holding such roles as head of sales and head of customer development. He has also served as COO of JDS Australia.

AlixPartners strengthens growing Australian office with new senior appointment

The global consulting firm has appointed David Ellis as a partner and MD in the firm’s Performance practice. He joins from IBM Consulting, where he was managing partner for the Australian business, leading a team of more than 1,000 colleagues through its recent, successful turnaround. Prior to this, he held various local, regional, and global roles as a partner at Bain & Company and a MD at Accenture.

Bravura Solutions strengthens APAC leadership team with trio of senior appointments

The financial software solutions company named Chris Spencer as CEO of global wealth. Formerly CEO of wealth for EMEA, he is a longstanding member of Bravura’s executive leadership team and will now work closely with both APAC and EMEA leaders to enhance strategic alignment across Bravura’s Wealth businesses globally.

Nicole Kennedy steps into the role of MD for APAC. She joined Bravura in 2021 and will lead Bravura’s APAC business, bringing together its capabilities and teams to drive collaboration, deepen client relationships, and support growth and innovation across Asia Pacific.  

In addition, Shawn Blackmore joins Bravura as director of growth, APAC. He has previously served as the chief retirement officer at AustralianSuper, where he led the development of its retirement income strategy.  In this newly created role, Blackmore will focus on strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities across Bravura’s APAC businesses.

Mark Condon appointed GM of enterprise at Jands

He will lead enterprise strategy across corporate, education and government sectors, spanning the company's conferencing, installed audio, AV distribution and assistive listening brands. His experience spans venue sound engineering and system design, installation and project management, through to national sales roles leading sales and business development teams.

Greg Furlong moves on from Datacom

Over his nine years at the company, he held such roles as associate director, strategy and innovation; associate director, PSG innovation & growth practices; GM of the company's Google practice; and head of the product solutions group for Victoria.

Devon Blignault appointed senior security engineer at Tenable

He joins after three years at Baidam, where he held such roles as cyber risk specialist; managed services lead for ANZ; and territory manager for QLD. He has also worked as sales manager - APAC for Locate2; senior account manager - defence and public sector for CyberCX; and head of operational strategy - APAC/EMEA for Verizon Connect.

Langley Millard swaps IBM for Google

He joins as a forward deployed engineer focused on cloud and AI. In five years at IBM, he held such roles as solutions architect and squad lead; security/AI engineer for IBM Expert Labs; and
cloud and platform engineer.

Matthew Walker hired as client director of strategic accounts at New Relic

He joins after a brief return to ServiceNow as a senior solution sales executive for technology workflows, having previously worked at the company for over six years from 2015 to 2021. He has also held such roles as client director at Fujitsu; client director for financial services and insurance at Adobe; enterprise account executive at Elastic; territory sales manager for VIC and TAS at Citrix Systems; and enterprise technology group BDM at Ingram Micro.

Wyndham de Souza departs Intuit Technologies

He joined in 2023 as senior account executive before becoming enterprise solutions architect last year. Prior to Intuit, he was commercial business development executive ANZ at AMD.

Mike Houston named senior partner development manager at AvePoint

He joins after close to three years at Kaseya, where his final role was senior principal account manager - key accounts. Prior to this, he was at Datto for close to five years, where his final role was principal account manager.

James Vouthivong promoted at Drata

He takes over as channel business manager after joining in the role of senior partner development manager - APAC at the start of 2025. Prior to this, he served as regional partner sales manager - MSP at LastPass and channel sales manager at Datto.

Elan Nussinov becomes enterprise account executive at NinjaOne

He joins from Miro, where he spent close to five years with his last role at the company being strategic account manager. He was also at Qualtrics for over three years, with his final role there being senior account executive APJ.

AWS' Tim Hussey lands at Databricks

He takes over as strategic account executive for the Databricks Australia public sector team with a focus on the Australian Defence Force. He joins after serving as enterprise account executive - national security and defence at Amazon Web Services, having previously served as the public sector enterprise account executive for Marketing Cloud at Salesforce.

Kevin Fisk returns to NetApp

He joins as client executive for federal government after having previously spent over 16 years at the company, primarily in the role of account manager for defence and intelligence. In between the two stints, he served as operations manager for Armoured Solutions Australia.

Peter Woolston retires after over 27 years at Dell

Over his time at Dell and EMC, the New Zealand-based Woolston held such positions as principal solutions architect, advisory systems engineer and senior enterprise account systems engineer. He was also senior systems consultant at NetApp and senior systems engineer at Microsoft.

Trevor Lond opts for retirement

Since 2021, he served as channel account manager for Fortinet. His prior roles included enterprise account manager at Commvault; BDM for infrastructure at Datacom; account executive at Optus Business; sales agent at Ricoh; and ACT sales executive at Lenovo.

Ronald Tsang swaps Ingram Micro for Lenovo

He joins as ANZ eComm commercial 4P lead after over nine years spent at Ingram Micro, the last three as a vendor business manager for Lenovo. He has also worked as a product planner at Synnex Australia and an order management and logistics officer at Trend Micro.

Rhys McBurney hired as cyber security consultant for Datacom

Based in Auckland, he joins from cyber security partner DEFEND, where he was for close to five years, the last three and a half spent as the company's security service manager. Previously, he was a senior security analyst at Fujitsu New Zealand and a cloud and infrastructure solutions engineer at Mercury NZ.

Matt Swain becomes digital transformation lead at Awanui Group

Based in Auckland, he joins from Fujitsu, where he was partner solutions director for Oceania. Prior to this, he served in such roles as senior manager of ICT at One New Zealand; specialist sales manager (security, modern work, cloud, IoT) at Vodafone; and GM of modern workplace at Datacom.

Okta appoints Sunil Kedaraji as VP of channels and strategic alliances for APJ

Based in Singapore, Kedaraji will lead Okta’s partner business across APJ, working closely with sales, alliances, channel and go-to-market teams to deepen strategic partnerships, strengthen partner capability and create greater scale across the region. Prior to joining Okta, he held leadership positions at Saviynt, SailPoint, Proofpoint and Quest Software.

Bryan Keepers joins TechnoSource Australia as board advisor

In this non-executive advisory capacity, Keepers works closely with TechnoSource's executive leadership to accelerate growth, expand the company's line card, strengthen partner relationships and scale its market presence across the Asia-Pacific region.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, he is the founder of Channel Growth Strategies, a consultancy that aims to help technology companies build and optimise partner ecosystems, drive revenue growth and execute go-to-market strategies. Prior to founding CGS, Keepers served as Director of Channel Sales, Americas at Opengear, a provider of secure, resilient network access and automation solutions for critical IT infrastructure.
