Paterson joins from Spark New Zealand and brings more than 25 years of experience in customer operations, business transformation and people leadership across some of New Zealand's largest organisations.
Ingram Micro New Zealand executive managing director Leon De Suza said Paterson is an exceptional people leader with a proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformation while maintaining a relentless focus on customer outcomes.
