The TSP Advisory has appointed Nathan Hutchison as chief operating officer, expanding the company's capacity to deliver advisory and fractional leadership engagements for technology partners across Australia and New Zealand.
Hutchison will work directly with partner leadership teams on service delivery, commercial performance and structured operational improvements.
Based in New Zealand, he joins after close to a year spent at All IT Services, where he held such roles as chief operating officer and head of strategy and optimisation.
Prior to this, he was an executive coach at Pax8.
His appointment also marks the formal introduction of fractional leadership services to The TSP Advisory's offering - a model the company said reflects growing demand for flexible, outcome-driven support within the partner ecosystem.
"Our focus is on helping partners improve how they operate and perform," said James Davis, chief strategy officer at The TSP Advisory.
"Nathan adds significant depth to our ability to deliver hands-on leadership and support measurable improvement."
"I am excited to be working with partners who are looking to evolve and strengthen their businesses," Hutchison said.
"There is a significant opportunity to improve performance through better structure, leadership, and execution."
Last month, The TSP Advisory appointed Ryan 'Fuzzy' Spillane as chief commercial officer.
