The TSP Advisory adds Ryan Spillane as CCO

The TSP Advisory has appointed Ryan 'Fuzzy' Spillane as chief commercial officer to expand its executive advisory capability.

Spillane will work directly with owners and leadership teams to deliver advisory engagements focused on governance, growth strategy, value creation, and business transition planning.

His areas of focus include corporate governance, leadership effectiveness, business value optimisation, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and strategic growth initiatives.

These capabilities are becoming increasingly important as partners seek to mature beyond founder-led operating models and build organisations capable of sustained growth, The TSP Advisory claimed.

For over 16 years, Spillane was MD of Correct Solutions; since 2002, he has served as MD of RAS Group and the CEO of 360 Consulting, as well as holding a chair and Non Executive Director role at ISO4 for the last 12 months.
