Melbourne AI firm Appliers.ai has acquired business and AI build specialist Prevail, bringing the company's entire team and client base across in a deal aimed at adding enterprise-scale depth to the firm's AI transformation offer.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Prevail co-founders Pete Gatt and Ben Ashby join the Appliers.ai founding team as chief technology officer and chief solutions officer respectively.

Gatt previously built and sold Vibrato, acquired by Servian - now part of Cognizant — and has since designed model-agnostic LLM architecture for large organisations. He has held nine founding roles and taken six businesses to exit.

Ashby has led product and technology teams from startups to tier-one enterprises and delivered large-scale transformation projects for Telstra, Optus and Bunnings.

Appliers.ai said the two firms together have worked with more than 600 businesses.

The deal follows 20 months of growth for Appliers.ai. In August the company signed on as EOS Worldwide's global AI Transformation Partner, making it the preferred AI partner for the 280,000 businesses running on the EOS operating system.

The company said it is now hiring to grow its Australian team.

"Pete and Ben have done incredible work at Prevail, and bringing it into Appliers.ai means our clients not only get their platforms built faster, but with decades of enterprise experience behind every build," said Rob Pisano, co-founder and chief executive at Appliers.ai.
