Okta appoints Dan Mountstephen as SVP and GM for APJ

CrowdStrike appoints Jonathon Dixon as VP and MD for JAPAC
Based in Singapore, he will drive AI-powered cybersecurity transformation across JAPAC by aiming to accelerate adoption of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.

He first joined the multi-tenant management platform company in November of 2024 as director of strategic sales for ANZ. He's previously held roles as senior channel sales manager at both Pax8 and Datto, as well as enterprise business development manager - field sales at Dext.

Jessica Tan re-joins Pemba Capital Partners
She first joined the private equity firm as an intern in 2023, where she worked closely with the team across live transactions and origination activity. She now returns to Pemba full-time to support the Transact team as it partners with software founders navigating growth, ownership change and strategic decisions.
ION strengthens board of directors
ION Video Limited, an ASX-listed infrastructure company that has developed patented technology to virtualise video at the file architecture level, transforming static files into programmable data, has announced a number of key board appointments.
CEO Anthony Baker and head of innovation Finbar O'Hanlon will both join the board, while Joe Rinarelli will step down from the board and will remain with the company as CFO.
O'Hanlon is the original inventor of ION's four foundational patents, and following the aggressive restructuring of the company implemented by the new board and management, he returned to the company in November 2025 to spearhead ION's drive to position itself as foundational enabling infrastructure for 'Video Superintelligence'.
Sarah Court to become ASIC chair on 1 June 2026
Court has served as deputy director since June 2021, the same time when outgoing chair Joe Longo was appointed to the role. Prior to ASIC, Court was the commissioner of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, an advisory board member of both the Law School and the Centre for Regulation and Market Analysis at the University of South Australia and a senior executive lawyer and director for the Australian Government Solicitor.
EROAD CEO Mark Heine to step down in June 2026
EROAD is an ASX-listed fully integrated technology, tolling and services provider, based in Auckland, New Zealand. They design and manufacture in-vehicle hardware, operate secure payment and merchant gateways and offer web-based value-added services.
