Ben is a freelance journalist who covers tech, culture and where the two meet. He started his career covering the IT channel and then spent three years as a business reporter for an eminent NZ business news outlet. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, he has made it his mission to cover issues on both sides of the Tasman and beyond. He has worked in text, audio and video as producer, host and editor. He specialises in features told with a story-first lens and a deep understanding of complex matters presented in an accessible and engaging way.
