AI development platform OutSystems has launched Elevate, its redesigned global partner program.
OutSystems says Elevate is built to accelerate AI development and marks a strategic shift to a global, ‘earned level’ performance-driven model, intending to reward partners for technical expertise, market growth and customer impact.
Elevate moves away from one-size-fits-all metrics to a points-based system across four pillars – financial contribution, knowledge, customer satisfaction and program track.
Other enhancements to Elevate include a new point system weighting for agentic credentials, along with incentivised outcomes and 'global consistency'. The global consistency enhancement means there is now a standardised framework for discounts based on deal size and source.
"Our partners deserve a program that rewards all the ways they engage with OutSystems to drive value & ROI for our joint customers,” said OutSystems' SVP of partner and alliances, Ben Yerushalmi.
“Elevate rewards our partners for technical excellence, while helping them accelerate their global scale.”
At the end of 2023, Melbourne-based custom software provider Kiandra became the first premier partner of OutSystems in Australia and New Zealand and the third in Asia-Pacific.
