Kelly Griffin has been appointed as CEO of Blackbird IT, a managed IT services provider headquartered in South Australia.
He takes over from Ben Corbett, who co-founded the business with Richard Stafford in 2007 that was renamed Blackbird IT in 2016.
He joins after most recently serving as GM of sales, technology, service delivery and alliances at DNX Solutions.
He has also worked at AWS, Avanade, Rancher Labs and Bulletproof Group.
"To the Blackbird IT team, I've already been blown away by the talent, the energy, and the genuine care you have for each other and for your customers. My first priority is simple. Listen, understand, and earn the right to lead alongside you," Griffin said in a LinkedIn post.
"As Blackbird continues to grow, our focus remains the same: helping organisations move forward with clarity, confidence and technology that supports the way they actually operate," the company stated in a LinkedIn post.
Blackbird IT acquired Calvert Technologies in 2024, before Blackbird themselves were acquired by Evergreen in 2025.
