Oracle has announced a US$1 billion (approximately A$1.42 billion) investment in its global partner ecosystem over the next four years, aimed at helping partners capitalise on customer demand for AI-powered solutions and services.

The commitment spans expanded Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) benefits and incentives, with planned spending across training and certification, technical enablement, development and testing environments, cloud migration funding, go-to-market collaboration, and commercialisation through Oracle Marketplace.

Oracle said the investment is structured around four areas: helping partners build differentiated offerings using dev/test environments and integration validation; supporting sales and marketing collaboration; providing delivery enablement through migration resources and advisory services; and equipping partners to drive ongoing customer success beyond initial deployment, including through a tool called Oracle AI Success Navigator.

The vendor's partner ecosystem spans systems integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs), cloud and managed service providers, value-added distributors, resellers and advisory firms.

Oracle said partners contribute across its Fusion Applications, Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), industry applications and AI services portfolio - from developing complementary solutions to providing implementation and managed services.

"Our partners extend our sales reach, expand our delivery capacity, and bring their own innovation and investment to help customers address evolving business needs," said Mark Hura, president of Oracle Global Field Operations.

"Through the Oracle PartnerNetwork, we're strengthening our ability to reach more customers, deliver solutions at scale, and accelerate innovation and business outcomes."
