Ingram Micro has signed a distribution agreement with ThreatSabre Limited, giving New Zealand resellers and managed service providers access to the company's network security posture management (NSPM) platform for Fortinet environments.

The ThreatSabre platform continuously monitors Fortinet deployments to identify security risks, assess exposure to newly disclosed vulnerabilities and flag configuration issues requiring remediation.

It also provides visibility into firmware, hardware and support lifecycle status, helping partners plan upgrades and renewals. MSPs can oversee multiple customer environments through a single console.

ThreatSabre is a New Zealand-developed SaaS platform and holds Fortinet Fabric-Ready Technology Alliance Partner status, which the company said positions it alongside technologies already sold by many Ingram Micro reseller partners.

"Many of our partners already deliver Fortinet-based security and networking solutions and the ThreatSabre platform gives them a practical way to keep those environments hardened as new advisories emerge," said Krita Karani, business manager at Ingram Micro.

"It builds on investments customers have already made and creates a clear opportunity for partners to offer ongoing posture management as a managed service.

"Leveraging the support of Ingram Micro's local cyber security specialists, partners can add security posture visibility and advisory response capabilities to the Fortinet environments they already manage.”

“Ingram Micro's cyber security team and their depth in the Fortinet ecosystem make them a natural partner for us in New Zealand," said Peter Saunders, CEO of ThreatSabre.

"Together we're giving resellers and service providers a way to show every Fortinet customer where they're exposed, which new advisories actually affect them and what to fix first.”

ThreatSabre will be on show at Ingram Micro Experience New Zealand 2026, happening today at Auckland Showgrounds.
