Ingram Micro will host more than 1,000 technology customers, vendors and industry leaders at Auckland Showgrounds on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 for Ingram Micro Experience 2026, a channel event focused on helping New Zealand resellers turn technology into practical customer outcomes.
Themed 'Customer Ready', the event reflects what the distributor describes as the growing convergence of artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data and endpoint technologies - domains that increasingly need to work together to address complex customer needs.
More than 35 vendors, solution specialists and Ingram Micro experts will feature across four technology domains: Cloud & Infrastructure; Cyber Security & Resilience; Modern Workplace & Endpoint; and Data, Storage & Networking.
Demonstrations and interactive sessions will show how technologies from different categories can be combined to solve real customer problems, with AI use cases - moving organisations from experimentation to practical deployment - a specific focus.
The programme will also include vendor keynotes and sessions covering industry trends and emerging technologies.
The event will feature the second Ingram Micro Executive Connect in New Zealand, an invitation-only forum for senior industry leaders.
Leon De Suza, executive managing director for New Zealand at Ingram Micro, will moderate a panel with representatives from Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, IBM and Dell Technologies, examining how partners can align strategy, technology and services to deliver integrated solutions.
"Customer Ready is about being able to take technology and turn it into an outcome for the customer," De Suza said.
"There is no shortage of technology in the market, but customers need partners who can understand the problem they are trying to solve, bring the right capabilities together and execute effectively.
"[Ingram Micro] Experience gives us a valuable forum for those conversations and for working out how we can achieve more together."
Attendance is free for Ingram Micro resellers and their customers; registration is required.
