Netpoleon ANZ has signed a distribution agreement with BMC Helix, bringing the vendor's AI-powered ServiceOps and AIOps platform to enterprise and mid-market customers across Australia and New Zealand.
The deal gives Netpoleon's channel partners access to BMC Helix's unified platform, which combines IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and agentic AI capabilities.
The platform's AI agents can automate incident investigation, root-cause analysis and remediation workflows, with the aim of reducing alert fatigue and improving operational resilience across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
BMC Helix solutions will be available through Netpoleon's channel ecosystem to organisations in banking and financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and the public sector.
"BMC Helix has invested heavily in AIOps, and we see it as a key foundation for enterprises looking to bring AI and automated remediation into their IT and cyber operations," said Paul Lim, regional director at Netpoleon ANZ.
"With a rich proven history and dataset, the deployment of Helix AIOps will allow enterprises to maximise operational efficiencies and cost savings by drastically improving remediation response times."
Alex Haloulos, country manager ANZ at BMC Helix, said the timing of the partnership aligned with growing regional demand for autonomous IT operations.
"Together with Netpoleon, we are bringing our ServiceOps platform and advanced agentic AI capabilities directly to the ANZ market," Haloulos said.
"This partnership is exceptionally well timed, as regional enterprises require automated, self-optimising solutions to overcome persistent skills shortages and secure their complex, multi-cloud environments."
BMC Helix became an independent SaaS-focused company in 2025 after separating from its prior ownership structure, and has since accelerated development around agentic AI capabilities.
