Bluechip Infotech signs distribution deal with Pudu Robotics

Bluechip Infotech has signed a distribution agreement with Pudu Robotics, giving its reseller and technology partner network access to the vendor's full commercial robotics portfolio across Australia.

The deal covers Pudu's three main product lines: commercial cleaning robots for floor care in busy facilities, service delivery robots for moving meals and items in hospitality and healthcare environments, and industrial delivery robots for material flows through manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Resellers will handle installation, end-user onboarding and after-sales services. Bluechip said it also plans to work with Pudu to build a nationwide service network as local demand grows.

Willy Harsono, director of marketing and alliances at Bluechip Infotech, said the addition extended the distributor's existing IoT line-up into commercial robotics.

"Pudu's commercial robotics solutions support more productive workplaces and reliable execution of routine tasks," Harsono said.

"Its addition expands our IoT offering into commercial robotics, broadening the solutions available to Australian partners serving hospitality, healthcare, retail and industrial customers."

Raymond Pan, vice president and general manager for Pan America, UK and ANZ at Pudu Robotics, said building a local partner ecosystem was central to accelerating adoption in Australia.
