Leader signs distribution deal with VIAIM for AI note-taking devices

Leader has signed a distribution agreement with VIAIM, giving Australian resellers access to a range of AI-powered devices that record conversations, transcribe speech and generate summaries and follow-up actions across online meetings, phone calls and in-person discussions.

The VIAIM range includes AI note-taking earbuds for mobile and all-day use, and a USB tool for computer-based meetings. The devices pair purpose-built audio hardware with AI-assisted software to produce searchable transcripts, concise summaries and identified action items without manual note-taking.

Through Leader's national reseller network, partners will be able to offer VIAIM to business, education and professional customers. The distributor said it sees strong opportunity for resellers to attach AI productivity to existing device and collaboration projects, with vertical plays spanning sales teams, consultants, educators, field teams and multilingual organisations.

Leader said it will back the line with nationally held stock, local demo centres, NFR units, deal registration, solution enablement and pre-sales and post-sales support.
