Bluechip IT has partnered with Sydney-founded software developer Spacera to distribute its Apollo meeting-room operations platform across its Australian partner ecosystem, giving resellers, AV integrators and managed service providers a path to recurring revenue beyond the installation.
Apollo combines automated room testing, continuous monitoring, and automated alert triage and ticketing. The platform places a real test call into every room before the working day starts - checking camera, microphone, speakers, display and sign-in - and surfaces any fault, its cause and a recommended fix before the first meeting begins.
Alerts are handled by Emily, Apollo's automated first- and second-level technician, which triages every notification around the clock and closes those that resolve on their own. A partner's service desk only receives issues that require human attention.
The platform is vendor-agnostic and supports Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex and Google Meet environments. It integrates with AV devices including Neat, Poly, Logitech, Yealink, Cisco and Crestron, and connects to service-management platforms such as ServiceNow.
For Bluechip IT's partners, the arrangement offers two commercial models: reselling Apollo with Spacera's service desk behind it, or running a branded managed service on the platform with Emily handling first-line triage. Apollo's entry-level Photon tier provides live visibility across a customer's entire estate at no cost, the company said.
"Broken meetings are a business problem, not simply an IT problem," said Jen Goeldner, chief executive and co-founder of Spacera.
"Our partnership with Bluechip IT gives us reach into the partners who install Australia's meeting rooms, and gives those partners a service to sell long after the install is done."
"Our partnership with Spacera gives our reseller, AV integrator and MSP partners another way to support their customers while building recurring revenue," said Willy Harsono, director of marketing and alliances at Bluechip Infotech.
"With Apollo, partners can move beyond one-off installations and offer proactive monitoring and support that helps identify issues earlier, minimise meeting disruptions and create stronger, long-term customer relationships."
