Danny Mesrop joins after a nearly five-year stint at Infoblox, where he served as APJ channel chief for the last three and a half years.

She first joined in 2008 as GM, before taking over as MD of ANZ between 2017 to 2024.

Smartsheet promotes Jarrod Kinchington to VP and GM of APAC

He joined the company in February of 2025 as VP of ANZ, after serving as VP and MD of the Pacific Region for Ivanti.

Kinetic IT appoints Meg Santos as head of service integration

She joins from Fujitsu, where she was executive director, ServiceNow Oceania, responsible for the strategy and performance of its ServiceNow business across Australia and New Zealand.

Cowbell appoints Ellen Brookes as claims specialist for Australia

Most recently, she served at Canopius Group, where she led the Cyber Incident Management Team for the Asia-Pacific region for three years, managing complex cyber incidents for multinational organisations. 

Bryant Henson appointed CEO of Ava Risk Group

Ava is a global technology company that develops intelligent sensing and physical security platforms to help organisations detect, understand and respond to threats across mission-critical infrastructure. By combining advanced sensing technologies, AI-powered analytics and integrated software, Ava aims to enable customers to improve operational resilience, reduce nuisance alarms and strengthen the protection of mission-critical infrastructure. 

Bryant brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across technology, aerospace and defense organisations. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Strategy and Business Development at Otis Worldwide Corporation, where he led the company's global growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and business development activities across more than 200 countries and territories. 

Prior to Otis, Bryant served as President of both the Tactical Communications Sector and the Mission Avionics Sector at L3Harris Technologies, leading businesses delivering advanced communications and mission-critical technologies to defense, intelligence and government customers worldwide. Earlier in his career, he spent sixteen years with Lockheed Martin in senior operational, business development and executive leadership roles.

Arye Kohavi to depart Adisyn

Adisyn, an ASX-listed company specialising in the development of graphene-based solutions for the semiconductor industry and the provision of managed IT services for the SME market, has stated that it will not support the extension of Arye Kohavi’s (current MD of the company, and CEO of 2D Generation Ltd) service agreement with 2D Generation Ltd, for his role as CEO, beyond the current term ending 9 January 2027.

Separately, Kohavi’s role with the company has been varied by the Board from MD to Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Kevin Crofton (previously Non-Executive Chairman) has been appointed Executive Chairman of Adisyn (Crofton is also, and will remain, a director of 2D Generation Ltd and 2D Radar Absorbers Ltd).

The Board is undertaking a search for a new CEO for 2D Generation Ltd with extensive semiconductor industry experience and a proven track record in the field. Crofton’s transition to Executive Chairman will provide executive oversight of the company’s strategic, technical and commercial priorities.

The leadership transition follows what the company described as "significant success" in establishing its semiconductor technology platform, expanding its portfolio of graphene-based technologies and increasing engagement with global semiconductor industry participants.

Equinox IT appoints Victoria MacLennan as independent director

Her governance credentials include serving as chair of the Standards Approval Board, a member of the Ministerial Cyber Security Advisory Committee and co-chair of the Digital Technologies Industry Transformation Partnership Board.

Alongside her public sector governance experience, MacLennan has supported a range of private sector companies as a director and advisor. She was co-founder and chief executive of data analytics consultancy OptimalBI (acquired by Ackama) and served as chief executive of IT Professionals NZ. 

Victoria joins Chair and Executive Director Paul Ramsay and Non-Executive Director Richard Leeke on the Equinox IT Board.

Sam Gerner leaves Cisco after close to three decades

Gerner served as the company's MD for public sector and strategic industries for the last six years. Since joining in 1999 as account manager for enterprise, Gerner went on to hold such positions as MD of the enterprise and digital transformation office, enterprise sales director and director of cloud for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Jess McFadden promoted at Cisco

She takes over as MD of East Cisco ANZ, covering NSW, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. In her near-11 years at the company, she has held such roles as country leader for NZ, head of channel and service provider sales for Cisco NZ and regional sales manager for MSPs in ANZ.

Pranay Anand named VP of APAC for Exaforce

Based in Singapore, he joins after close to seven years at NTT, where he held such roles as MD of infrastructure services for NTT DATA Asia Pacific and VP at NTT. Prior to this, he was at Dimension Data for over 15 years, with his final role being director of customer experience.

Hari Tharmakumar jumps from Microsoft to Pax8

Based in Singapore, he takes over as director of alliances cloud, security and AI for Asia. He joins after close to six years at Microsoft, where he held such roles as director of strategic partnerships and channel sales for APAC and Southeast Asia regional channels leader.

Katrina Ramsey extends Fujitsu Australia career

She has been promoted to industry director - Government 3.0, her latest role in her nearly 17 years at the company. Since joining as a sales graduate in 2009, she has gone on to hold such positions as head of customer service management for government and healthcare, service delivery manager and head of customer service management for health.

Caroline Dimitrovski joins World Wide Technology

She takes over as senior director of professional services for APAC after having served as director of professional services for ANZ at VMware. Prior to this, she held such roles as service delivery director at Unisys and managed services lead for ANZ at NTT DATA Services.

Demetrios Georgiou promoted at Coro

He is now VP and global lead MSP after having joined as VP of sales in April 2025. Previously, he has served in such roles as country manager for ANZ at Anomali, sales director and GM of APAC at Secureworks and regional director of ANZ at Bitdefender.

Vivek Puthucode takes on new role at Microsoft

He is now the Asia Operating Unit lead for Microsoft Elevate; in his 11-plus years at the company, he has also served as GM of public sector for ANZ and GM of global partner solutions APAC in Singapore. Prior to this, he was at SAP for around seven years, holding such roles as  GM of public services and healthcare for APJ and head of Industries for ANZ.

Richard Allen moves from AWS to V2 AI

He takes over as a Perth-based partner after over a decade at AWS, with his final role being  
global account manager. Prior to AWS, he held such roles as senior account manager for NTT DATA Business Solutions and senior software sales specialist at IBM.

Akamai Technologies hires Brenton Nicol as senior partner solutions engineer

He joins after two and a half years as partner technical services manager for APJC at Cloudflare. Prior to this, he was at ConnectWise for over six years, with his final role being sales engineering manager for APAC and at Ingram Micro, where he was BDM for managed services.

Ila Kulkarni joins Glean as field marketing manager

She joins after two years as field marketing manager as Arctic Wolf. Prior to this, she was at Veeam Software for close to nine years, holding such roles as cloud and service provider marketing manager for APJ, cloud and alliances marketing manager for ANZ and channel marketing manager for ANZ.

Leigh Kennedy departs Qlik

In his 12 years with the company, he held such roles as distinguished principal enterprise architect and director of APAC technical architecture and performance. Prior to Qlik, he served as manager of data and analytics at Dimension Data.

Andrew Moffatt becomes Microsoft's senior strategic account director

He joins after over six years at Dell Technologies, where he spent the last two years as director of enterprise sales. Prior to this, he was at IBM for over six years, where he held such roles as sales manager of technology support services for ANZ and sales manager of cloud for ANZ.

Interactive appoints Alfred Flokstra as account director of financial services

Having held similar roles at Kyndryl, Avanade, DXC and EY, he has over 20 years’ experience advising financial services customers on cyber security, transformation, operations and infrastructure. Flokstra will be responsible for driving growth across financial services, where Interactive has customers including banks, insurers and superannuation companies.

Cloud Context's senior relationship manager Hassan Amir wraps up

Prior to joining two years ago, he served as a BDM at Datacom for over seven years. Previously, he was an account manager at Data#3 and a software licensing specialist at Ingram Micro.

Liban Khalif joins Cloudflare

He takes over as senior account executive – digital natives and startups for ANZ. In two previous stints at AWS, he served as account manager, with the latter time focused on startups, having also been an enterprise account director for APAC at Atlassian in between.

Emma Bishop trades engineering for sales

Based in Auckland, she has joined Fusion5 as sales executive after close to seven years at Deloitte, the four spent as director of engineering. She was also previously at Microsoft for five years, holding such roles as service delivery manager and education sales specialist.

Sawan Guddadamani promoted at Infotrust

He takes over as senior security consultant after serving as security consultant for the last year; he joined around three years ago as cyber security engineer. Prior to this, he held such roles as cyber security engineer: managed services at NTT and cybersecurity SOC analyst for RMIT.

Palo Alto Networks hires Carl Shepherdson as solution consultant

He joins after close to eight years at Tenable, with his final role there being principal security engineer. He previously held such roles as senior sales engineer at Splunk and MSSP solution architect for APAC at McAfee.

Grace Trinidad moves on from Ingram Micro

Based in Auckland, she is now the Lenovo BDM for Acquire.co.nz. In her 11 years at Ingram Micro, she held such roles as senior vendor business manager Jabra and product manager.

Marco Perin becomes delivery manager at PMT Security Systems

Based in Auckland, he joins after close to three years as a project manager at Nextro. He previously served as a project and commissioning manager, as well as an electronic security technician over five-plus years at IQ Security, as well as senior security technician at Datacom.
