Kinetic IT has appointed Meg Santos as head of service integration, as the Australian-owned technology services provider grows its professional services business amid what it says is rising demand from customers managing complex multi-supplier environments.
She joins from Fujitsu, where she was executive director, ServiceNow Oceania, responsible for the strategy and performance of its ServiceNow business across Australia and New Zealand.
Previous roles include senior leadership and consulting positions at Enable, ValueFlow, Data#3, RXP and CSC.
The appointment is also a return: Santos was operations manager at Kinetic IT from 2017 to 2018, where she helped establish the operating model for a new service and led teams delivering IT service management and enterprise service management projects.
Kinetic IT's service integration practice combines Service Integration and Management (SIAM), IT service management and ServiceNow expertise.
The company is a ServiceNow Elite Partner, was named 2026 Consulting & Implementation Rising Star Partner of the Year for Asia Pacific, and is the first organisation in Australia - and second globally - to achieve SIAM Assured Service Partner status, according to the company.
"Meg brings deep ServiceNow expertise, strong market relationships and a proven record of building professional services teams," said Shane Quinn, managing director of professional services at Kinetic IT.
"She gives us real depth as we scale."
Santos said coming back to Kinetic IT was an easy decision.
"I’ve spent my career building ServiceNow and professional services businesses, and few organisations in this country have the combination Kinetic IT has - deep trust across Defence, government and critical infrastructure, a genuinely sovereign delivery model, and a crew that holds itself to a very high standard," she said.
“The opportunity ahead is significant. Customers are being asked to modernise, meet a rising regulatory bar and adopt AI safely, all at once - on platforms that are global, against obligations that are distinctly Australian. My job is to help them move faster, and to build a practice where the best ServiceNow people in the country want to spend their careers.”
Santos will be based on Australia's east coast and will lead the practice nationally.
