Rob Dooley is joining FrankieOne as its chief commercial officer.
FrankieOne aims to help banks, fintechs and other regulated entities manage their regulatory compliance with its single API and dashboard, which connects to hundreds of global identity and fraud-monitoring providers across the world.
Dooley's most recent role was Rapid7’s vice president and general manager for APJ, and prior to that, as senior director for VMWare’s Security Business Unit for APJ.
He's also served as the country manager for ANZ at Carbon Black, senior manager and sales director at Accenture and sales lead for the large deal team at IBM.
In a LinkedIn post, Dooley said he was "recharged" from the break between finishing up at Rapid7 and starting at FrankieOne.
"The time away gave me the opportunity to recharge and reinforced how much I enjoy working with ambitious, talented teams, promoting market-leading technology in competitive environments," he said.
"That’s why I’m so excited to be joining the team at FrankieOne. FrankieOne is already protecting some of the world’s top banks, fintechs and financial institutions in an incredibly important and fast-moving space across KYC, KYB, AML, fraud prevention and customer onboarding.
"I’m looking forward to helping continue this growth in Australia and internationally, working with our customers, partners and investors as we build something special."
