The NSW government has issued an RFT covering ICT managed services for the state’s Crime Commission, with submissions closing on May 8.
The tender documents state the project aims to renew and strengthen the Commission’s ICT managed services by “ensuring continuity of support while enabling improvements in service quality, security, compliance and future scalability.”
The documents also state existing capabilities must be preserved during the transition and renewal period and must be aligned with NSW government cybersecurity requirements.
The successful bidder must also support scalability and future digital transformation by establishing a flexible, modern ICT services framework [capable of evolving] with technology, growth and strategic digital initiatives, the documents said.
The high-level scope covers everything from an always-on service desk and onsite support services; disaster recovery; encryption; and ISO27001:2022 compliance.
An information day has already been held.
