Software solution provider Markinson has acquired New Zealand IT services provider Zeron for an undisclosed sum.
The deal is Markinson's third acquisition in six months, as it looks to grow its position in Australian and New Zealand small and medium business software market.
Zeron specialises in Sage SalesLogix and strengthens Markinson's position in the New Zealand CRM reseller market, Markinson claimed.
"Zeron's CRM credentials, technical expertise and strong customer focus were key factors influencing our decision to acquire the company," said Ian Whiting, chief executive officer at Markinson.
"Our business drivers are really focused around building brand presence and extending our customer landscape within Australia and New Zealand.
Zeron's customers and staff will be transitioning to Markinson, with Chris Trabing, founder of Zeron taking up a role effective immediately.
Markinson acquired Adexio last November and Acuere last April 10.
