George Farah has joined Tech Data APAC in the role of senior business development manager for cyber security.
Farah was previously the channel sales manager for GuardWare.
He has also held roles at Ingram Micro, Telstra, Cloud Select and Trend Micro.
Over the last six months, Tech Data has been appointed as value-added distributor for HCLSoftware; been named an exclusive distributor for Outpost24; signed a distribution agreement with Keyfactor; and partnered with Horizon3.ai.
The company also made its digital platform TDHub available to partners in Australia and New Zealand, providing a one-stop 'digital experience' that consolidates key post-sales functions, such as invoice access, shipment tracking, and order status - all into a single interface.
