Laura Malcolm has departed as Datacom managing director.
She joined the company in November of 2024 after over a decade at Avanade, split across Australia and the UK.
During her time at the company, she held such roles as GM; growth and strategy lead for growth markets (APAC and Brazil); global advisory practice lead; COO of UK and Ireland; executive, head of market units; VP, digital lead for UK and Ireland; and senior director, Sydney CTO.
She has also held roles at Oracle and Capgemini.
In a LinkedIn post announcing the move, Malcolm said engaging with government and industry to help navigate the AI revolution was one of the most challenging, exciting and insightful chapters of her career.
"Thank you to everyone I’ve worked with during this period. It has been a truly rewarding experience and I look forward to watching Datacom continue its journey and success," she said.
