Barracuda Networks has announced a series of enhancements to its Barracuda Partner Success Program, adding demand generation tools, expanded training and new partner portal capabilities for MSPs and channel partners.
The centrepiece of the update is a through-channel marketing automation platform that the company said supports co-branded campaigns, social and email syndication, and a managed 'do it for me' execution option for partners that want turnkey campaign delivery.
A partner locator tool is also in development, which Barracuda said will connect customers directly with certified partners to generate higher-intent sales opportunities.
The enhancements are designed to complement the company's BarracudaONE cyber resilience platform, giving partners what Barracuda described as a more connected experience across customer engagement, enablement and growth activities.
Barracuda is also expanding the recently launched Barracuda Mastery Program with additional role-based learning paths, new technical labs, and advanced sales and technical badges.
New role-based segmentation and automation within the Partner Portal - including a guided co-selling journey - are aimed at helping partners activate faster and scale their business with the vendor.
“Our partners tell us they want two things: more opportunities and simpler ways to grow their business," Dan McLean, country manager, ANZ at Barracuda, said.
"These investments help partners build market visibility, strengthen their expertise and engage customers more effectively, while reducing the complexity of marketing and co-selling activities. For partners across Australia and New Zealand, it’s about creating practical pathways to growth and delivering stronger outcomes for customers.”
