Wavelink, an Infinigate Group company, has signed a distribution agreement with Penguin Solutions, a global provider of high-availability computing and edge infrastructure solutions.

This partnership expands Penguin Solutions’ reach into the ANZ market and provides partners with access to its portfolio of fault tolerant computing solutions, designed to enhance operational resilience, uptime, and continuity across a wide range of critical environments, including but not limited to operational technology (OT) settings.

Wavelink will distribute Penguin Solutions’ key offerings, with a particular focus on the Stratus ztC Edge and Stratus ztC Endurance platforms. These high-availability hardware solutions are built for continuous operation in critical environments.

Penguin Solutions, which acquired Stratus Technologies in 2023, continues to offer the Stratus brand as a product line focusing on delivering always-on infrastructure.

Wavelink will also offer Stratus everRun, a software-based option suited to deployments where dedicated hardware is not required.

All three solutions integrate with cybersecurity technologies from Fortinet and Claroty.

Wavelink will execute this agreement by offering channel enablement services,  including pre- and post-sales support, technical training, business development programs, and go-to-market guidance, with partners able to capture new opportunities in edge computing and critical infrastructure protection.

Penguin Solutions country manager for ANZ, Hayden Thorogood, said Wavelink’s deep OT expertise and its proven channel capabilities make it an ideal distribution partner.

"Together, Penguin Solutions and Wavelink are well positioned to deliver always-on infrastructure that meets the reliability and security demands of modern industrial organisations," he said.

Wavelink CEO Ilan Rubin said Stratus solutions have a strong global reputation for delivering fault tolerant infrastructure, and Penguin Solutions’ continued investment in this technology aligns well with Wavelink’s OT strategy.

"This agreement strengthens our cybersecurity and networking portfolio with proven hardware and software, empowering Wavelink’s partners across ANZ to deliver more resilient and secure OT environments."

The partnership also supports Wavelink’s OT Masters initiative, an ongoing program that brings together OT vendors to deliver integrated, outcome-driven solutions.

Penguin Solutions joins a portfolio that includes Claroty, Fortinet, Garland Technology, and Swimlane.

Rubin said adding Penguin Solutions to the OT Masters initiative strengthens the value Wavelink offers to partners supporting critical industries.

"It’s another important step in building the most connected and capable OT ecosystem in the region," he said.

Already in 2025, Wavelink has signed distribution agreements with Cloudian and N-able, as well as partnering with Honeywell to deliver its Productivity Solutions and Services portfolio to the Australian channel.
