Altay Ayyuce has been named the new area vice president for Australia and New Zealand at data storage technology company Pure Storage. He has worked at Pure Storage for five years and replaces Amy Rushall, who will return to the United States to take up a position as area vice president for strategy and development in the Americas region.

Melbourne headquartered IT service provider Interactive has appointed Darren Broadbent as the new sales lead for South Australia. Broadbent brings more than 20 years of experience in business development and customer engagement to the role.
RecordPoint boosts company's data governance capabilities with two hires
Charlie Pittar joins to lead the company's federal government business across Australia and New Zealand. Pittar previously worked at Castlepoint Systems and brings more than 25 years of technology experience to the newly created role, including positions at Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Group and Microsoft. Also joining from Castlepoint Systems is Juliet Hart, who steps into the role of senior customer success manager. Hart similarly brings 25 years of experience, specialising in helping organisations optimise their records and information systems.
Jay Tuseth becomes Nutanix VP and GM of APJ
Jay Tuseth has joined Nutanix as VP and GM of Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ), reporting directly to Nutanix’s CRO Andrew Brinded and based out of Singapore. Prior to joining Nutanix, he served as Conviva’s VP of sales for APAC SAAS applications and GM of CX. Before joining Conviva, Tuseth served as VP of cloud applications at Oracle.
Adisyn shakes up board
ASX-listed data protection firm Adisyn has appointed Kevin Crofton non-executive chairman, stepping up from his current role as non-executive director. Crofton replaces Shane Wee who has stepped down from the company. Adisyn has also brought on tech entrepreneur Dominic O’Hanlon as a non-executive director. He previously served as MD and CEO of Crayon-owned rhipe for over seven years.
Cohesity's Sathish Murthy joins Rubrik
Murthy has joined Rubrik as its field chief technology officer for the Asia Pacific and Japan region to help drive the company's cyber resilience strategy throughout Asia. He joins the data security firm from competitor Cohesity, bringing more than 25 years of experience in data protection, security, storage, cloud and AI technologies.
