Data management firm Recordpoint make ANZ leadership appointments

RecordPoint has expanded its management team with two appointments aimed at boosting the company's data governance capabilities for Australian federal government organisations.

Charlie Pittar joins RecordPoint to lead the company's federal government business across Australia and New Zealand.

Pittar previously worked at Castlepoint Systems and brings more than 25 years of technology experience to the newly created role, including positions at Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Group and Microsoft.

"I'm excited to help RecordPoint expand its presence in the government sector where data governance is increasingly critical," Pittar said.

Also joining from Castlepoint Systems is Juliet Hart, who steps into the role of Senior Customer Success Manager.

Hart similarly brings 25 years of experience, specialising in helping organisations optimise their records and information systems by addressing unique organisational challenges.

"Every organisation faces distinct information management hurdles, and I look forward to developing tailored solutions for our government clients," Hart said.

The new hires underscore RecordPoint's ongoing commitment to the federal government sector, where the company already serves multiple agencies including APRA, ASIC, NDIA, Department of Industry, IP Australia and Aged Care Quality.

Founded in 2009, RecordPoint provides platforms that enable organisations to discover, govern and control their data, supporting highly-regulated companies and government agencies worldwide with tighter compliance, improved efficiency and reduced risk.
