Synnex hires Triforce veteran David Gleeson

Synnex has appointed channel veteran David Gleeson as its senior business development manager.

Gleeson has spent nearly two decades at reseller Triforce, which he most recently served as business manager for enterprise solutions.

Gleeson will take charge of Synnex’s managed service provider portfolio and has been given the job of finding more MSPs who want to work with the distributor while also “helping local partners who want to transition to a MSP.”

The appointment is a reflection of Synnex’s growing cloud and services offerings.

“I’ve previously worked with Synnex as a channel partner. Their management leadership and business vision was something I was keen to be part of”, said Gleeson. “Their offerings and go-to-market strategies are very much in line with my experience which is making the transition much easier”, he added.

Gleeson will report directly to Synnex sales director Arthur Gimisis who declared he is “delighted to have David on board. His experience in creating growth opportunities will be integral to our long term strategic plan.”
