Sam Maher joins NCC Group

NCC Group, a cyber security and resilience company, has added Sam Maher as its Australian federal government lead.

With nearly 30 years of experience across government, industry and highly regulated sectors, her previous roles include head of government for AUCyber.

She also holds a number of industry-focused roles, including founder and non-executive director at GovTech Australia, government advisor at SCX ai and government relations at the Coalition for Australia's Innovation & Investment Future.

In a LinkedIn post announcing Maher’s appointment, NCC stated she brings deep expertise in cloud security, sovereign cloud, managed services, and digital transformation to the organisation.

“As we continue to grow across APAC, [Maher’s] experience, trusted relationships and client-focused approach will help strengthen our support for Australian Federal Government organisations and further reinforce our role as a trusted cyber resilience partner,” NCC said.
