Pharmx launches new supplier portal for pharmacy network integration

ASX-listed Pharmx Technologies has unveiled a new supplier portal that dramatically reduces integration time for suppliers looking to trade with pharmacies across Australia and New Zealand.

The proprietary self-service platform cuts the integration period from approximately 12 weeks to just one day.

It provides suppliers with near-instant access to 99 per cent of pharmacies across both countries, to approximately 7000 stores.

The portal works through the company's Pharmx Gateway network, an ordering and integration platform that connects directly with pharmacy point-of-sale and order management systems.

Tom Culver, chief executive officer of Pharmx, said the new portal would transform supplier engagement with the pharmacy channel.

"By reducing friction and time-to-trade, we are not only delivering value to suppliers, but also increasing the diversity of suppliers to the pharmacy market, enhancing inventory access and driving greater efficiency for pharmacies," Culver said.

The platform includes features such as product catalogue management, real-time performance analytics, direct connection capabilities with pharmacy customers, and marketing support tools.

Pharmx plans to progressively roll out the portal to existing suppliers within its network, which includes major companies such as Pfizer, Revlon, and CH2.
