OneStep Group said it has appointed two senior sales staff, to drive its Microsoft solutions practice as the national IT services provider expands its partnership with the global technology giant.
The Melbourne-based company has recruited Damien Neale and James Paek for that purpose, to drive growth across its Microsoft portfolio spanning security, digital innovation, cloud migration, and data analytics services.
Neale joins the firm with over two decades of sales leadership experience, most recently helping to scale Microsoft partner Eighty20 before its acquisition by NCS Australia.

Paek takes on the role of national Microsoft alliance leader, bringing extensive experience from his time at Microsoft and track record of growing successful partnership programmes.
