mySMB.com, an AI business productivity and community platform for small and medium sized businesses, has partnered with Orbii, an Australian outsourcing advisory and matching platform, to give SMBs practical guidance on workforce planning and global talent.

The partnership brings together mySMB.com's SMB community and toolset with Orbii's expertise in outsourcing strategy, global talent sourcing and workforce planning.

The two companies said the arrangement is designed to help businesses assess whether outsourcing suits their needs, choose the right model and provider, and understand how global talent can work alongside local teams, technology and AI.
