Multimedia Technology joins a growing list of Australian distributors offering Creative’s IT products. The digital entertainment vendor manufactures a range of products including webcams, soundcards, speakers and headphones.
Creative has already provided staff at Multimedia Technology's New South Wales and Victorian offices with product training across their range. The vendor plans to conduct quarterly training sessions to keep the distributors' sales and marketing teams up to speed with the vendor's latest products.
Mike Muscat, purchasing manager at Multimedia Technology, said Creative’s merchandise will fit well with their existing accessory offerings.
“Creative Labs is a leading brand with a first rate product range. Their heritage in offering consumers a complete sound solution including sound cards, speakers, headphones and headsets, perfectly complements our current focus on computer accessories,” he said.
Bernard Koh, country manager Australia and New Zealand at Creative Labs, said Creative chose Multimedia after seeing a synergy with Multimedia’s strong customer focus.
“Our partnership with Multimedia Technology marks an exciting time for Creative. Multimedia Technology has similar objectives to our own including a strong commitment to meeting customer needs through offering a variety of products and superior customer service,” he said.
