INGRITY, an Australian data, analytics and AI consultancy, today announced the appointment of Pranav Agrawal as VP, leading INGRITY's AI and digital transformation practice.

Agrawal will lead strategic transformation initiatives across the company's client base – from midmarket organisations to its largest and most complex enterprise relationships – helping them embrace digital, AI and data-driven innovation.

The appointment reflects the company's ambition to bring deeper transformation experience to every client relationship as it enters its next stage of expansion beyond its core financial services and insurance base into retail, telecommunications, construction, mining and government.

He joins INGRITY from Deloitte, where he was a Partner leading digital transformation programs for major financial services, aviation and public sector clients, following senior leadership roles at Cognizant and IBM.

“Our customers are looking for a step change in their business, and we need to bring our best thinking, ideas and experience to them,” said Sanan Thamo, founder and CEO of INGRITY.

“Pranav has excellent business acumen and enormous experience delivering complex digital transformation programs to some of Australia's leading enterprises and government. That experience means we can now bring the same enterprise-grade thinking to our mid-market customers, not just our largest accounts."

“INGRITY has built a genuine reputation for combining sharp technical delivery with real commercial pragmatism, and the ambition to bring that to every client is exactly what drew me here," said Agrawal.

"My focus has always been on building high-performing teams that earn a seat as a client's trusted advisor, not just a delivery partner – and I'm looking forward to bringing that same approach to INGRITY's clients.”
