Communications provider Progility Technologies has announced changes to its executive team, aimed at accelerating the company's growth and operational excellence.

David Gilmour, who has served as co-executive chairman for the past four and a half years, has been appointed as the new chief executive.

Gilmour brings a wealth of experience from his time as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group, as well as his tenure as chief executive of Ansett Aviation Training.

Megan Hossack, who has been instrumental in Progility's growth over the past five years, has been promoted to chief commercial officer (CCO).

With over 22 years of experience in executive roles across various industries, Hossack will continue to shape the company's strategic direction and drive commercial success.

Meanwhile, Kerry Mitropoulos joins the company as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With over 30 years of global management experience in the telecommunications industry, Mitropoulos brings expertise in managing complex projects and enhancing operational efficiency.
