Melbourne Managed Service Provider ITtelligent has expanded into Sydney.
The company’s Sydney present is small for now – just one staffer has come aboard and another is on the way.
ITtelligent director Robert Adelman told CRN the move was sparked by both recent client wins Melbourne-based clients expanding into and in Sydney, plus local clients.
“I think this speaks highly of the service we deliver,” he said. “Expanding into Sydney allows us to provide even greater level of service to our Sydney based clients.”
“For current clients of ITtelligent they will gain the opportunity for more frequent onsite visits, reducing time frames for urgent issues to be rectified by having allocated staff and reducing operation costs by deploying equipment straight from Sydney as an example.”
ITtelligent offers managed services for support, security and backup, at a fixed rate and without hourly charges. That offering saw it land at number 43 in the 2018 CRN Fast 50.
“It just makes sense given many of our clients already have an office in Sydney and if ITtelligent want to be a serious contender for dominating the IT industry within Australia and the world, proceeding with Sydney is a smart move,” Adelman added.
