Melbourne IT consultant ITtelligent has won a contract to support The Police Association Victoria's (TPAV) IT infrastructure.
Dubbed the “all-you-can-eat package”, ITtelligent’s Smartcare service boasts a 24-hour customer support service with, at most, a five-minute response time. Customers are charged on a fixed month-to-month basis, with no lock-in contract.
"If our clients are not happy with our service they are free to leave without the stress of a binding contract," said ITtelligent director Robert Adelman. "Those who join us generally see a reduction in IT support queries and issues."
TPAV was looking to completely outsource its IT support, which is available to its 14,000 members. Its members use the web portal to access payment conditions information, legal and welfare advice and police discounts. ITtelligent is also supporting the union's Office 365, Google Apps, VMware and Windows servers.
ITtelligent’s pricing averages $1200 per month for SmartCare, with price scaling depending on the size of the business.
