Jon Manning to address AI pricing shift at MSP Index in Melbourne on March 1
Jon Manning, PricingProphets

A software pricing expert, a technology advisor working with the customer C-suite, and an MSP owner that’s pivoted her firm to consulting will join the discussion about MSP profitability and differentiation when our MSP Index event returns to Melbourne on March 12.

AI Pricing and Profitability

Joining us on stage at the March 12 event at The Langham, Southbank, will be Jon Manning, Pricing Advisor at PricingProphets.

Jon has completed over 120 projects for clients in the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Fortune 100, the FTSE100, the CAC Next 20 and the ASX200, through to companies backed by private equity and venture capital firms.

Also joining the discussion to talk profitability will be Natalia Scheidegger, CEO of 3rdmill, which has pivoted to consulting work.

With AI disrupting software pricing, customers buying behaviours evolving, and MSP margins under pressure, we’ll ask our panelists where they see the opportunities and challenges lying and about the way forward.

Escaping the "Me-Too" Trap

Also joining us on March 12 will be IBRS senior advisor David Beal, who works with ICT buyers across industries, to share his views on what customers actually want from MSPs, beyond generic service offerings.

Over the past 30 years, David has led organisations and teams through digital transformation in the financial, not-for-profit, government, academic and commercial sectors. This includes transformation work for industry super fund Energy Super, transformation of Queensland Government digital service delivery, and delivering communication and digital projects for local and state government and not-for-profit agencies.

With MSPs constantly being urged to provide more “value”, but what does that really mean? We’ll ask David what customers are telling him.

Also in the room will be the event sponsors NinjaOne, HaloPSA and ManageEngine.

We’ll also give a brief introduction to, and take feedback about, the topic of our 2026 MSP Index Report: The Future of MSP Systems.

Doors open at 3pm on March 12, 2026, at The Langham, Southbank, Melbourne. Register to attend the MSP Index in Melbourne
