Interactive has introduced Interactive Private Cloud, an AI-ready private cloud platform.
Interactive Private Cloud supports hybrid models and claims to offer the "scale and flexibility of a public cloud experience in a controlled environment, unlike traditional private cloud models".
The platform offers an onshore solution that "bypasses concerns around cloud migration", with features including advanced cooling strategies and cost predictability, according to the company.
Interactive CTO Dan Cox said the new platform responds directly to customer demand for more adaptable, cost-effective infrastructure.
“Traditional workloads are increasingly strained by data demands, and organisations are increasingly scrutinising where and how their data is stored from both performance and compliance standpoints," he said.
"At the same time, they’re trying to extract greater value from existing technology investments while balancing competing priorities across their businesses. If customers can receive an AI enabled cloud experience that can be deployed on prem, for 30% cheaper than a hyperscaler, that is game changing in today's market conditions."
Last week, Interactive introduced its Power Assurance division, a structured support service for power-critical infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand.
