Jabra has appointed Max Davies as managing director for Australia and New Zealand, effective 26 October 2026.
Davies joins from Vega Global, where he served as country manager for Australia, leading the Australian business and ANZ regional unit across national operations, commercial performance and team development.
Before that, he spent more than eight years in leadership roles at Crestron.
His background spans video conferencing, unified communications, audio-visual solutions and workplace technology - areas directly relevant to Jabra's ANZ partner and customer base.
In his new role, Davies will lead Jabra's ANZ business, working with customers and partners to help organisations improve collaboration, communication and productivity through integrated audio and video solutions.
"Max brings deep market expertise, strong customer and partner relationships, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering business growth," said Thomas Petersen, regional president, APAC, at Jabra.
"His leadership and industry experience will support the continued success of our ANZ business and strengthen Jabra's growth across the region."
“I’m delighted to be joining Jabra at an exciting time for the business, as it builds on its strong heritage in professional audio while expanding its opportunities across video, consumer and enterprise markets," Davies said.
"Having worked closely with organisations on complex workplace and collaboration environments, I’ve seen first-hand how important reliable, intuitive audio and video technology is to the way people work and connect.
"I look forward to working with Jabra’s customers, partners and team across Australia and New Zealand to strengthen our local presence and deliver integrated solutions that meet the changing needs of the market."
