Ingram Micro's Emma Harris to lead Cisco Queensland

Former Ingram Micro Australia general manager of sales Emma Harris has joined Cisco to lead its Queensland team as territory account manager for the commercial business.

Cisco confirmed the appointment, but declined to comment. CRN also contacted Harris but she also declined to comment.

Harris left Ingram Micro in July after 13 years at the company.

During her time with the distributor, she was regional sales manager for Queensland, Northern Territory and Papua New Guinea from 2009 to 2010, SME national sales manager from 2010 to 2012 and national marketing manager from 2012 to 2013.

Upon her departure, Ingram chief country executive Felix Wong thanked Harris for her service, adding that she was "instrumental in leading Ingram’s engagement and growth within the SMB sales channel over the last 13 years".
