Ingram Micro will bring together Australian technology vendors, channel partners, technology leaders and end-user customer organisations for Ingram Micro Experience 2026, taking place on Wednesday 5 August 2026 at the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney).
Designed around the theme ‘customer ready’, the event will explore how AI, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure and endpoint devices are converging, as well as where new opportunities for growth are emerging.
Through keynote presentations, interactive experiences, technology showcases and networking opportunities, the event - expected to attract more than 1,200 attendees - will focus on practical innovation, commercial opportunity and relationship-driven growth, aiming to help partners navigate increasingly complex customer environments and deliver integrated technology outcomes.
At the centre of Experience 2026 is the Immersive AI Hub, a hands-on environment designed to help attendees move beyond AI conversations and into real-world execution.
Powered by NVIDIA AI infrastructure and inspired by the innovations showcased at NVIDIA GTC, the Immersive AI Hub will give attendees the opportunity to design, build and deploy AI agents through interactive NVIDIA Claw Builder stations and guided workshops.
Structured around four pathways – Automate, Optimise, Infer and Secure – the Immersive AI Hub will bring together infrastructure, software, services and expertise in a single environment, intending to help partners understand how AI can be deployed securely, responsibly and at scale.
In addition to the Immersive AI Hub, Ingram Micro Experience 2026 will feature four dedicated technology domains that reflect how solutions are being combined to solve increasingly complex customer challenges.
These comprise of Cloud & Infrastructure; Cyber Security & Resilience; Modern Workplace & Endpoint; and Data, Storage & Networking.
Each domain will bring together vendors, solution specialists and Ingram Micro experts through demonstrations, presentations and interactive experiences.
A key feature of the Ingram Micro Experience 2026 is the national Executive Connect luncheon series, which has connected more than 400 technology leaders across Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane so far in 2026.
The program aims to provide a forum for senior executives to exchange perspectives on trends, challenges and opportunities shaping Australia’s technology channel, while exploring how partners can align strategy, services and innovation to deliver greater business value.
New for Ingram Micro Experience 2026 is the Executive Connect Lounge, an exclusive space designed for senior technology leaders, vendor executives, partners and invited customer organisations. The lounge will host executive roundtables, curated networking and one-to-one meetings throughout the day.
“The convergence of AI, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure and endpoint technologies is creating significant opportunities for partners, but also increasing complexity for customers,” said Hope McGarry, VP and chief country executive for Australia at Ingram Micro.
“Ingram Micro Experience brings together the technologies, expertise and ecosystem needed to help partners turn that complexity into meaningful business outcomes and growth. Our role is to help partners connect solutions, capabilities and services in ways that create real value for customers.”
“Partners are telling us they want practical guidance, not more AI theory,” said Kaaren Lewis, director of advanced solutions, cloud, cybersecurity and AI at Ingram Micro.
“The Immersive AI Hub has been designed to provide hands-on experience, real-world use cases and direct access to the technologies and expertise needed to move from experimentation to customer-ready solutions.”
