Stuart Macdonald, TechnologyOne's COO, has resigned from the company and will commence as CEO of another Australian publicly listed company, effective 19 November 2026.
TechnologyOne did not name the company that MacDonald is headed to.
His existing duties will be taken up by other executives in TechnologyOne, which forms part of changes to the executive leadership structure announced in July, including the creation of two new industry leadership positions.
In a statement, TechnologyOne thanked Macdonald for his contribution across 10 years at the company, which it said was marked by global growth and expansion, along with the introduction of key corporate initiatives such as SaaS+ and recently launched AI based Plus.
“Stuart has made an outstanding contribution as a leader at TechnologyOne," TechnologyOne CEO and MD Ed Chung said.
"We thank him for his time at TechnologyOne and for working with the Company to ensure a thoughtful and planned transition for our business, people and customers. We wish him all the best with his future endeavours as he pursues a new opportunity as CEO.”
