TechnologyOne is changing its leadership structure, which will now feature four executive leadership positions across key existing industry verticals.
The change results in two newly created roles of Executive Vice President, Regulated Industries, and Executive Vice President, Government.
The two new executive positions replicate and build on TechnologyOne’s investment in dedicated executive leadership in Local Government and Education.
These executive roles will bring together industry strategy, product direction, go-to-market activity, sales, implementation and customer outcomes under a single accountable executive.
CFO Cale Bennett will step away from his current role to become Executive Vice President, Regulated Industries, effective 1 August 2026. This newly created role will oversee TechnologyOne’s Asset Intensive, Health and Community Services, and Corporate and Financial Services industry groups.
To support this change, TechnologyOne’s GM of Investor Relations Giovanni Rizzo will become acting CFO, with a process to appoint a permanent CFO currently underway.
Recruitment is also underway for the role of Executive Vice President, Government.
TechnologyOne CEO and MD Edward Chung said the company recognises and thanks Bennett for his contribution as CFO over the past three years.
"During this period he demonstrated not only his significant financial acumen, but a deep and broad understanding of our entire business, along with the opportunities around AI," he said.
"This transition from finance to industry strategy and leadership will best serve the company in its next stage of growth.”
